HOUSE VS. HOME: East Meets West

It recently occurred to me when I work with my seller clients, I found myself telling them, "let's put your 'house' on the market".  When my sellers are motivated to sell, it is time for them to detach their emotions from what was once, their 'home'. . .and not it is time to sell their 'house'.

So here is where East meets West and my Fengshui home staging and consultant experience comes into play.  I work my sellers to shift their mindset from owning their 'home' to selling their 'house'.  I teach methods for depersonalizing their 'home' while helping them to stage their 'house' to sell!  Amazingly, in no time, the 'house' sells!

When working with my buyer clients, it is all about where they see themselves creating memories of family, friends, career and their lives. . .Often my buyers consult with me to determine why a feeling arises when viewing selected properties.  It is the foreseen energies, plot shape, location of the structure, floorplan, yard condition and the unforeseen energies is how I educate buyers. . .

It is truly amazing how powerful communication can be, especially our choice of words! Whether you are SelLING a 'house' or BuyLing a 'home', I make it a FUN, educational and most importantly, a memorable experience!!!
